Frequently asked questions
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is one visitor session in which Konvars exchanges at least one message with the visitor. Repeat messages within the same session are not counted again.
Do I need a CRM to use Konvars?
No. Konvars captures and qualifies leads on its own, and you can export them as CSV or push them anywhere via webhooks and Zapier. If you add a CRM later, it plugs in without changing your setup.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes. You point Konvars at your website so it can learn your product, paste one script tag into your site, and turn it on. No developer is required.
What happens if I go over my conversation limit?
Nothing breaks. On Starter you pay $0.05 per additional conversation and on Growth $0.03. On the Free plan the widget pauses until the next month, and we email you before you hit the cap.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time, from inside the app. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Annual plans include two months free.
